  • Keep fruit at work. It helps during the I need chocolate or I need coffee part of the afternoon.

  • Cut out drinks with calories—juice, lemonade, and, hardest of all, weekend drinks.
  • Concentrate on food while you are eating. Any distraction like texting or watching TV during a meal can result in overeating

  • Have small frequent meals
  • Drink 10-12 glasses of water everyday and keep yourself hydrated all the time.
  • Eat more of locally available food as compared to processed and packaged food. It is easy on the pocket as well as healthy
  • Do not sleep on full stomach. Sleep atleast after 45mins of your meal.
  • If you are on a high fibre diet. Have enough water. Fibre needs water to be digested.
